The more one is immersed in the story, the more you get a touch of "Harry Potter" with, because Kvothe studied magic and learns friends know that he needs desperately to be allies of his enemies. And yet, Patrick Rothfuss has created a new world that has not done the least to do with the famous magic school. If you start the book, it is to find a little tedious in the story, because you start with Kvothe life near the end and only he himself tells it all.
But Patrick Rothfuss explained every detail and leaves the reader no questions unanswered. The map at the end of the book is very helpful because you can orient yourself easily and has no problems are found in the world of Kvothe deal. Also, the currency of the country and the different seasons and the months and years, says beautiful, so it is best to go through these last pages of the book before the actual story to get a better view.

The protagonist in this book is explained so well and you get to know him almost to the smallest detail that it is a pity that the author does a little side characters from view. But that should already be at all negative things in this book.

Who wants to read this book, but was told the same, this book has in no way something to do with "Harry Potter" and the originality that shines in this book is just fantastic and will hold the reader on an invisible thread through the story.
